ProactiWEB Solutions provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available.
ProactiWEB Solutions Provides Shared, Reseller, Dedicated, Cloud, Email, VPS etc
Account Setup & Email
a. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery,
and any and all service interruptions caused by us and our employees.
b. We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) incase of fraud. It is your
responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact
you, the primary email address on file will be used to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times.
The individual or entity set out in our records as the primary billing contact shall be the owner of the account.
Disk Space and Bandwidth
Customer will be provided with the amount of disk space and bandwidth stated in their quote or plan from ProactiWEB Solutions. Disk space usage and bandwidth usage
are monitored by ProactiWEB Solutions and will be provided to the client to use at their leisure. Customers are responsible for purchasing additional disk space or
bandwidth beyond that detailed in their “Plan” or to remove files and stop network usage in order to bring their usage with their Plan’s limit.
ProactiWEB Solutions provides migration assistance for shared and managed clients. You can migrate your data quickly to our servers. You have to open a support
ticket with access to the old server for migration.
Domain Name Registration
No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.We will send you reminders to renew your domain one month before the expiry. For failure or delay in the
renewal of a domain, we are not responsible. Once a domain is renewed no refunds will be given. You cannot register a domain name that is similar to a trademarked
domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services. Any person trying to register such domain name will be held
liable for infringement of trademark.
Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files
and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. Otherwise If you want to keep your Data safe with us then you
have to buy our Backup feature at Additional Extra Cost.
You as a ProactiWEB Solutions User agree that in no case, ProactiWEB Solutions can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances.
Clients who have subscribed for paid backup service with shared and reseller hosting plans. For such clients, we take weekly backup of database with retention
period of 1 week. Website backup will be taken weekly with retention period of 1 day.
Money Back guarantee
There is no money back guarantee scheme at this point. We believe in our services and vow to do only the right thing.
The cron timing will be on 12:00 PM IST Its the cron time the invoice generation,Service Cancellation,Suspension,Termination,Late Fee Addition will happen.
ProactiWEB Solutions may temporarily suspend all service for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement of any of its systems, or whatever it deems necessary
to maintain adequate services. However, ProactiWEB Solutions shall provide prior notice within 24 hours for all maintenance. Failure to provide prior notice on our
part does fall under our SLA. Invalid DNS records may be removed in our own discretion.
ProactiWEB Solutions is not responsible for copyright infringements caused by what the Customer hosted on ProactiWEB Solutions servers. if any customer will violate
the copyright terms the account will be suspended and no refund will be provided.
Pornographic material is not allowed to be hosted on our hosting services. if any client found to be doing so will be canceled immediately upon discovery and
reported to the proper authorities.
Suspension and Termination
ProactiWEB Solutions will suspend any Hosting Services after 7 days of non-payment. After 5 days of non-payment, Web Hosting will be terminated along with all data,
IP addresses, and other information. Repeated failure to pay invoices with termination will lead to account termination and a refusal of service.
Cancellation of Services
At any point of time, you wish to discontinue our services, you can place the cancellation request through your client area.
It is your responsibility to backup all your data before you place the cancellation request. Once you place the cancellation request all your data from our server
will be deleted and it cannot be retrieved nor restored.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of ProactiWEB Solutions is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your
accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of ProactiWEB
Solutions must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.
PHP file's uploaded in attempt to steal root access will be logged and may result in a loss of hosting with no refund payment.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists”, purchased lists, and selling of lists will be
treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with notice and no refund processed.
We reserve the right to change prices listed on our partners, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time without any notice.
